Elderberry syrup is a traditional folk remedy to prepare and boost the immune system for times of sickness. Best of all its perfect for the whole family from the age of 1 (raw honey is not recommended for children under the age of one). Kids love taking it!

While some may be tempted to keep this syrup in their fridge for when sickness hits, the truth is Elderberry Syrup works best as a preventative. A little bit daily will prep your immune system. I must mention also that it's great used as a natural cough suppressant!

My elderberry syrup contains:

Certified Organic Elderberries, Local Raw Honey, Filtered Rain Water, Organic Cinnamon Quills, Organic Ginger Root, Organic/Wildcrafted Marshmallow Root and Organic Rosehips.
